WHERE WE WORK AND WHAT WE DO

We work with Australia’s leading creative architects, developers and builders to design and complete our impressive range of projects. Our engineers principally serve clients on the east coast of Australia and support them with their domestic and international projects requirements. Our four offices are located in idyllic locations in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Northern NSW.

We are able to offer full service support to our clients from all regional offices and have the latest tools and systems to ensure the best skills can be applied in an efficient, effective and friendly manner. STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING

Our structural services team are committed to delivering innovative, cost effective and practical design solutions. CIVIL ENGINEERING & LAND DEVELOPMENT

Our civil engineering services have been employed on numerous projects, from small single lot residential subdivisions to large multi residential, commercial and industrial developments.some of which can be found under our civil project gallery.

WATER & ENVIRONMENT ENGINEERING

We provide leading technical services in the fields of stormwater treatment, hydraulic modelling, localised flood analysis and Integrated Water Management (IWM). In combination with our civil expertise we are able to extend our services throughout all phases off development from feasibility and design to construction supervision, project management and contract administration.

URBAN DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS

Westera has the scale, technical skills and tools and commercial capabilities to support large scale urban development projects. This may include major subdivisions, lifestyle resorts and/or arterial road development projects. These may require bridges, overpasses, and all manner of flood, traffic, culture and heritage, noise, flora, fauna, and aquatic environmental assessments to be completed. Our team can facilitate and co-ordinate such works, liaise with authorities, negotiate, and integrate key requirements into your finished design.

Westera’s senior engineers and partners are often called upon by clients to resolve complex site challenges and help them create superior value. We work closely with our specialist alliance partners and use our deep technical knowledge and specialist design capabilities to help create superior value and/or resolve problem situations for our clients.

SAFETY IN DESIGN, INSPECTION AND CERTIFICATION

Westera design processes include risk assessments and safety in design processes to help all owners and principal contractors meet their legal obligations.

Westera also provides full design certification and site inspection of its design to all relevant design standards, building codes and other agreed requirements as required by legislation.
