Client Requirements
Support development of a sensitive site neighbouring bayside bushlands. Civil and environmental support services included advice, documentation preparation, and council liaison for development planning and approval. The work scope included internal and external road works, infrastructure, excavation and filling, stormwater, sewer, and environmental flows. Related operational works co-ordination, including design certification of the relevant works and preparation and submission of On Maintenance Packages to Council were also completed.
