Client Requirements
Provide Civil & Environmental Engineering Services across the a 13ha master planned at Karawatha site in Brisbane’s South to accomodate Toll’s new intermodal facility. The development includes a 3500sqm two storey administration building; 2000sqm operational centre; 37,000sqm distribution warehouse; maintenance and servicing facilities and associated hardstand areas. The new depot had to provide the absolute safest working environment for Toll’s people. Careful consideration of building form and the introduction of awning elements provides necessary climatic controls whilst offering an opportunity to reinforce Toll’s corporate branding.
