Our 4-year Graduate Engineering Program produces confident mid-level engineers with an opportunity to achieve their professional accreditation status and build their own teams with increasing autonomy over the project lifecycle. Staff are supported through their professional accreditations and continue to receive guidance and support from senior mentors, as they in turn mentor their own graduate engineers.
