Due to increasing demand for our services, we are looking for highly motivated Structural Drafters with 8+ years of experience to join our Brisbane and Gold Coast structural engineering teams. Whether at Southport or in Newstead, our teams consist of talented and capable professionals who love what they do, along with supportive leaders in a people-focussed workplace.
You’ll enjoy working with respected industry professionals and possess the agility required to consistently deliver high-quality work across a diverse range of projects, including:
Key to your success is your ability to problem-solve technical issues and communicate proactively with delivery managers and engineers. You will have exceptional attention to detail and take pride in producing drawings and documentation of a standard that is second to none. You understand the challenges that can arise on structural design projects and are able to comfortably demonstrate an ability to keep cool while maintaining pace and the quality of your work. Our Brisbane and Gold Coast teams value effective communication and collaboration, so we are looking for senior drafters who can demonstrate success working as an integral part of a close-knit team.
