Bob has responsibility for the management of this service delivery for the NSW office.  He supports Josh and the team in “get things done” and understands the importance of customer focus and value in delivering engineering services.  In his role, and he is constantly looking at ways to improve efficiency and productivity whilst ensuring a high level of quality and clarity in the design documentation process.  Bob liaises frequently and closely with architects, builders and clients to ensure the lines of communication are well maintained, open and clear.  You can call Bob for guidance with any of your quotations or concerns for your projects.
