Bob has responsibility for the management of service delivery for the NSW office.  He supports Josh and the team in “getting things done” and understands the importance of customer focus and value in delivering engineering services. In his role, Bob is constantly looking at ways to improve efficiency and productivity whilst ensuring a high level of quality and clarity in the design documentation process.  Bob liaises closely with architects, builders and clients to ensure the lines of communication are open and clear and our relationships are well maintained.
