About the Role

In this full-time position based in Southport, you will provide support to Senior Project Engineers and contribute to all stages of the structural design process. You will gain valuable experience using industry-standard software while working on challenging and rewarding projects. Our development program provides ongoing mentorship, clear performance expectations, and opportunities for professional growth, leading you towards professional registration (RPEQ/NER/CPEng).

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 1-4 years of relevant post-graduate experience in structural engineering.
• Possesses an understanding of structural engineering principles and materials.
• Has developed a working knowledge of Australian standards and structural engineering design codes.
• Has some experience with structural engineering analysis and design software and has familiarity with AutoCAD.
• Has excellent communication and time management skills.
• Is a team player with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
• Possesses a passion for delivering creative, cost-effective, and compliant structural engineering solutions.
