About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Civil Designer to support our ongoing demand for high-quality engineering services to our valued clients in Northern NSW. All levels of professional civil engineering experience complying with both Australian Standards and local council regulations will be considered. A minimum of 8 years of experience will be extremely beneficial. Our ideal colleague will also love finding innovative design solutions to support the resolution of complex engineering problems which are cost-effective, efficient, compliant, and exceed customer expectations.
Your application should highlight any such relevant experience across the following aspects of Civil Engineering:
• stormwater drainage;
• flood modelling;
• sewer reticulation;
• water reticulation;
• earthworks;
• road design; and
• construction phase of stormwater management.
Mentoring is encouraged within and across projects and multidisciplinary teams as relevant, as such we encourage the development of strong internal working relationships, either f2f or via Teams, to solve problems as needed. You will be encouraged develop close working relationships with lead project engineers, other senior civil designers and key Clients including developers and local authorities.
