Civil Engineer – Gold Coast

Due to increasing demand for our services, we are looking for another highly motivated Civil Engineer with 3+ years of experience to join our Gold Coast civil team.  This role offers the opportunity to lead technical design, manage small-medium scale projects, and engage directly with clients and stakeholders.

You’ll enjoy being mentored by respected industry professionals and possess the agility required to consistently deliver high-quality work across a diverse range of projects, including:

• Land Subdivisions
• Local Government Infrastructure & Urban Master Planning
• Stormwater, Flood Modelling & WSUD
• Aged Care, Childcare, Education and Retirement Living.
• Multi-Residential, Commercial & Industrial Developments
• Road and transport infrastructure
• Civil Contract Administration and Construction Stormwater Management

Requirements for Success

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (Engineers Australia-recognised)
• 3+ years related postgraduate experience incorporating civil design, contract administration and project management
• Local experience in SEQ, with clients ideally including government authorities and asset managers
• Strong technical design skills and proficiency with relevant software
• Proven ability to work at pace, both independently and collaboratively
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
• RPEQ, NER, or CPEng accreditation (or working towards it)

• Recent experience applying Australian design standards on projects delivered in SEQ (detail which local authorities and asset owners you have been exposed to)
• 4-year degree qualification recognised by Engineers Australia (and RPEQ/NER/CPEng registration if applicable)
• Valid Australian Work Rights
• Valid Driver’s Licence
