Tom joined Westera in 2010 and has extensive civil design experience in stormwater drainage, roadworks, water reticulation, erosion and sediment control, sewerage, and earthworks. Tom is also experienced in Stormwater Management Plans for residential, commercial, and industrial developments involving stormwater and flood modelling. Tom has completed contract administration for many residential, commercial, and industrial civil construction projects in addition to overseeing projects as a supervising engineer, leading our NNSW Civil department. Tom offers his clients creative civil solutions while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and relevant Australian standards.
