We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join our Kingscliff team. In this varied role you will report to the Office Manager and complete administration tasks that support our Engineering Team.
Typical administration duties will include but not be limited to the following tasks; reception, responding to client enquiries, coordinating quotes and completing templated Forms for engineers.
To be successful in this role you will need a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in an administration role using the Microsoft Suite of software programs. Experience in the construction industry would be highly regarded. You should have exceptional customer service, organisational skills and an eye for detail. A personable approach and advanced communication skills will see you fit right into this role.

This is a part time role with expected ordinary hours 3 days per week, 4 hours per day. There is room for development in this role for the right person.
