Situation
The house is located in a natural flood plain amongst existing trees. The architectural design required minimal structure to the sub-floor and an extremely cost effective solution to meet a tight budget.

Solution
We were able to overcome a number of complex issues by adopting some creative structural systems, such as inverted roof trusses, portal frames and simple timber detailing.

Results
An award winning architectural home that was simple to build and cost effective to construct. The architect and client were ecstatic with the outcome.
