Situation
This is a very unique project and the first of its kind in
the prestigious dress circle of Kingscliff. The dual residence
is situated on a sloping site with ocean views. There were also
significant council issues concerning an existing sewer line.
Solution
Westera Partners were able to collaborate closely with the
architect, builder and developer to create two incredible houses on
a very challenging site. We were able to explore various creative
solutions for the construction methodology until the most
efficient design was achieved.
Results
The two houses have set a precedence in Kingscliff as to the
quality and creativity required to move the township forward. The
development has inspired other developers, architects and builders
to push the bar higher when considering creative solutions to
difficult sites.
